Good good at a decent price. I recently relocated to the area. Today I gave the Redrun deli a try. There were a lot of open parking spaces in the shared lot. No waiting when we got inside. Placed my order with the friendly lady behind the counter then waited at one of the tables inside. It's a little dated inside but has that old school deli feel. Came with the my dad. He got the waffle breakfast platter and I went for a scrapple egg sandwich. Food smelled great and looked just as good. My dad said his waffles were filling. My sandwich was delicious as well. Only drawback is that they don't have decaf coffee and that's all my dad can drink.
The food is good. The carry out has a few tables so you can eat in. Orders are made quickly. Calling ahead is welcomed.
They don't have chocolate chips pancakes only regular and blueberry pancakes for 5.99 but they was pretty good compared to the other spots around
I recently revisited Red Run Deli after a hiatus during the pandemic, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. On my first visit, I ordered their grits with butter, but unfortunately, they fell short of my expectations. The butter tasted more like cooking oil, which was quite disappointing. However, I decided to give them another chance and ordered their fish sub with cheese and fries. It was a delightful surprise! The flavors were amazing, and it was love at first bite. From then on, the fish sub with fries has become my go-to order. Additionally, I found the customer service at Red Run Deli to be pretty good, which added to the overall positive experience. While my initial experience with the grits was not great, the delicious fish sub and friendly service make Red Run Deli worth a visit.
The picture doesn't do any justice! Imagine finding this hidden gem and it's right down the street from your place! You're immediately greeted when you enter, the place is really clean and the smells were on point. Easy parking and very reasonable! There was so much in the menu that I will return to try at least 4 or 5 breakfast options!
